Listen to and manage voicemail

You have one mailbox shared by every app, so a message you listen to on your phone shows as heard on your computer too.

On your phone Go

1. Open the Phone tab and choose Voicemail.
2. Tap a message to play it. Urgent messages are flagged at the top.
3. Call back, or delete the message when you're done.

On the desktop or web Next

1. Open Voicemail in the left navigation.
2. Click a message to play it, call back or download it.

Record your greeting

Dial your voicemail access code (often *98 or your own extension, but check with your administrator) and follow the spoken menu to record your name and greeting and change your PIN.
