Start or join a meeting

Start a meeting now

1. Open Meetings and choose to start a meeting, or choose the meeting button in a chat or contact.
2. Pick colleagues to invite, or add outside guests by email.
3. Choose Start. Everyone you invited gets a notification or email with a link.

Join a meeting

• Click or tap the link in your invitation, or
• Open Meetings, choose Join meeting and enter the meeting code.

Outside guests don't need an account. The link opens the meeting in their web browser.

Public or private

A private meeting only lets in people you invited. A public meeting lets in anyone with the link. Choose private for anything sensitive.
