Make a call
Dial a number, call a colleague or call back from history.
On your phone Go
- Open the Phone tab and tap the keypad.
- Enter the number or a colleague's extension.
- Tap the green call button.
You can also tap a contact, a favorite or a recent call to call back.
On the desktop or web Next
- Type a number, extension or name in the dialer field.
- Press Enter or click the call button.
You can also start a call from a contact, a chat conversation or your call history.
Dialling outside numbers
Dial external numbers the way your company system expects. Most systems accept the full international format (for example +1 555 010 0100). Some need a prefix such as 9 for an outside line. Ask your administrator if calls fail.
Which number do people see?
Calls go through your company system, so people see your business number, not your personal mobile number. To choose between several business numbers, see Choose the number you call from.
Emergency calls
Emergency calls from an app depend on your internet connection and the location registered for you. On a mobile, use your phone's normal dialler for emergencies whenever you can. On a computer, keep your registered location up to date if your app asks for it.
Send us a message and we'll get back to you.
