Find past calls
See missed, received and dialled calls on every device.
Your call history syncs across your registered devices, so a call answered on your desk phone shows on your mobile too.
- Communicator Go: open the Phone tab and choose Recents.
- Communicator Next: open Calls or History in the left navigation.
Filter to Missed calls to see who you need to call back. Tap or click an entry to call back, send an SMS, or save the number as a contact.
Call quality score Go
Communicator Go can show a quality score (MOS) for each finished call. Scores above 4 are good; below 3.5 the call probably sounded poor. See Poor call quality or dropped calls.
