Quick fixes

  • Move closer to your Wi-Fi router, or switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data.
  • Pause big downloads, cloud backups and video streaming on the same connection.
  • On a computer, use a wired network connection if you can.
  • Close and reopen the app, or restart your device.

Weak mobile connection Go

If the call quality is poor, Communicator Go can ask the system to call you back on your normal mobile number instead. Look for the callback option during the call. After the call, check the quality score in your recent calls.

Company, hotel or public networks

Some networks block or slow down calling traffic. If calls fail on one network but work on another, ask that network's IT team to allow voice traffic, or use mobile data.

Tell support

If problems continue, contact support with the time of the call, the number you called, which app and device you used, and your network type. That makes it much quicker to trace.
