Use meeting controls and share your screen
Mute, turn video on and off, share your screen and manage participants.
| Control | What it does |
|---|---|
| Microphone | Mute or unmute yourself |
| Camera | Turn your video on or off |
| Share screen | Show your whole screen or one window (Communicator Next) |
| Participants | See who's in the meeting; the host can mute or remove people |
| Chat | Send messages to everyone in the meeting |
| Leave / End | Leave the meeting, or end it for everyone if you're the host |
Share your screen Next
- Choose Share screen.
- Pick your whole screen or a single window.
- Choose Stop sharing when you're done.
Note
On macOS, allow Communicator Next under System Settings > Privacy & Security > Screen Recording, then restart the app.
Tip
Close private windows and turn off notifications before you share your whole screen.
