Move a live call between devices

Because all your apps use the same extension, you can move a call without hanging up. For example, start a call at your desk and carry it on your phone as you leave.

Take over a call on your phone Go

1. While the call is active on another device, open Communicator Go.
2. Look for the active call banner or the take over option on the Phone tab.
3. Tap it. The call moves to your phone and the other device drops out.

Move a call from your deskphone Next

1. While you're on a call on your deskphone, open Communicator Next.
2. Choose the option to move the call to this device.
3. Carry on talking through your computer's headset.
