Forward calls when you're busy or away
Send calls to another number or to voicemail.
How much you can change depends on your administrator or service provider. Many systems let you set these rules yourself:
| Rule | When it applies |
|---|---|
| Always | Every call goes straight to the forwarding number |
| Busy | When you're already on a call |
| No answer | When you don't answer within a set time |
| Unavailable | When none of your devices is signed in or reachable |
Set a rule
- Open Settings and look for call forwarding or call rules.
- Pick a rule, enter the destination number or choose voicemail, and save.
- Call yourself from another phone to check it works.
If you can't find the option, your system may use feature codes instead. Ask your administrator for the codes to dial.
