Sign in to Communicator

Sign in with a QR code Go

1. Open Communicator Go and choose Scan QR code.
2. Point the camera at the QR code in your welcome email, or at the code shown in Communicator Next (see below).
3. The app fills in your details and signs you in.

Sign in manually Go

1. Open Communicator Go and choose to sign in with your details.
2. Enter your username, password and server address exactly as they appear in your welcome email.
3. Tap Sign in.

Sign in on the desktop or web Next

1. Open Communicator Next.
2. Enter your username and password. If asked, enter the server address too.
3. Choose Sign in.
4. If this is your first sign-in, you'll be asked to set a new password.

Show a QR code to sign in your phone Next

After you change your password, the QR code in your welcome email may stop working. Communicator Next can show a fresh one:

1. In Communicator Next, open the main menu (the three dots or your profile picture).
2. Choose the option to show your sign-in QR code.
3. Scan it with Communicator Go.

Single sign-on and two-factor authentication

If your company uses single sign-on, choose the SSO option on the sign-in screen and sign in with your work account. If two-factor authentication is on, enter the code from your authenticator app or email when asked.

Forgot your password?

Use the Forgot password link on the sign-in screen if your app shows one. You'll get a reset link by email. Otherwise, ask your administrator or service provider to reset it.
